Return Policy

All items come with a 7-day inspection period (counting from the day after receiving the item, including holidays).


If you need to return an item, please contact customer service for assistance. (Logistics will be handled by T-Cat(黑貓宅急便) for home pick up.)

Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for purchase. The refund amount will deduct the original shipping fee, as well as a return shipping and handling fee of $200 TWD. (Refund amount = Order amount - Original shipping fee - $200 TWD)

SINTHEMOOD reserves the right to refuse returns.

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Exceeding the 7-day inspection period.
  • Item tags have been removed, items have been washed, show signs of use, or are damaged.
  • Clothes have a strong odor (perfume, smoke, air freshener, etc.) or are stained with cosmetics (foundation, lipstick, etc.).

All international orders are final sale.


Taiwan Convenience Store Orders Not Picked Up
If a convenience store order is not picked up within 7 days, resulting in the package being returned, a shipping and handling fee of $200 TWD will be charged. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount. (Refund amount = Order amount - $200 TWD)


Unusual Circumstances
In order to protect the rights and interests of both parties, please record the entire unboxing process to ensure whether there are any missing items in the order. In the case of wrong items shipped, out-of-stock items, or defective products, please start shooting a "complete and clear unboxing video" from the unopened outer packaging as the basis. For Taiwan domestic delivery and international parcels, please contact customer service within 2 days after the package arrives. For Taiwan convenience store orders, please contact customer service within 3 days after pickup. Requests submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

*If the outer packaging (box or bag) of the Taiwan domestic delivery is severely damaged when received, please reject it and report it to customer service.
